Objectives 

The challenge of energy transition requires transdisciplinary skills that traditional engineering degrees do not offer. The main objective of this cycle of studies is to provide base training for design engineering professionals, with the ability to intervene in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency and mitigation of environmental impacts associated with energy use.

Skills: Ability to intervene in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency and mitigation of environmental impacts associated with energy use. Understanding of the scientific principles underlying energy and sustainability issues. Ability to apply this understanding to the identification, formulation and solution of engineering problems using experimental, analytical or numerical methods. Awareness of economic, ethical, legal and public health aspects related to engineering practice.
