The Faculty of Sciences was a pioneer in the teaching of Bioinformatics in Portugal, with the first course started in 2002. Thus, we already have an accumulated experience and knowledge of more than 20 years of teaching and research in the area.
The best evidence of the quality, internationalisation and interdisciplinarity of the Masters is in the more than one hundred dissertations of this Master's degree which are available for consultation in the Repository of the University of Lisbon.
