The Degree in Nutrition Sciences results from the joint action of three Faculties of the University of Lisbon: the Lisbon School of Medicine (promoter of the project), the School of Human Kinetics and the Faculty of Pharmacy, reference institutions in the field of Health Sciences.
This is a unique and innovative project within the scope of Nutrition Sciences in Portugal, where each faculty contributes with specific and specialized know-how in the basic areas of academic training for Nutritionists.
Develop consistent training, with a solid and complete base, supported by practice and scientific research, translational and clinical research.
Train nutritionists through the acquisition of skills in the wide range of their areas of activity, directing their action to safeguard human health.
Transmit skills in the main areas of expertise: Clinical Nutrition, Community Nutrition and Public Health and Collective Food and Restaurants, but also related to sport, industry and food development, research and teaching.
