The Master in Clinical Research is an innovative education and training program that offers an integrated and multidisciplinary vision for the promotion of excellent Clinical Research. This Master's degree ensures the professionalization of Clinical Research in its various areas of action (health units, universities, academic centres, pharmaceutical and health technology companies, clinical research organizations - CROs).
The main goal of this SC is to develop and provide scientific and professional competences for the conduction and
management of clinical research, with particular focus on the practical aspects inherent to the planning, management,
monitoring and coordination of clinical studies. Lectures will be taught by teachers with extensive clinical experience
and collaborators with a strong component in clinical research management, ensuring a solid training for those
enrolled in the program.
The general objectives for this SC are:
1. To promote the teaching of clinical research methodology in all its technical and organizational aspects, as well as
the applicable regulation and procedures.
2. To create competencies to plan, organize, conduct and manage clinical studies and promote scientific dissemination
of results in a professional context.
3. To develop competencies for the execution and supervision of clinical research activities.
