Objectives 

The objectives of the Master's degree in Management and Conservation of Natural Resources are: a) Train professionals in conservation and management of biological natural resources with a high level of knowledge of processes and functions that characterize ecosystems and their biological and abiotic components; b) Train professionals able to respond autonomously and with predictive capability to situations requiring analysis, diagnosis and response to interventions in the management and conservation of biological resources; c) Establish the link between future managers of biological resources and ecosystems, and the social, economic and productive sectors of society; d) Contribute to technically and scientifically correct conservation and management of plant populations, animal populations, terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, inland, and estuarine and marine waters; e) Promote the utilization and sustainable use of biological resources, and its restoration; f) To contribute to a harmonious interaction between human populations and the ecosystems that they use.

Private sector (environmental consultancy, land-use planning, local development, nature and biodiversity management and conservation, environmental monitoring, nature tourism); Local Development Associations; NGOs (eg environmental associations for the management and conservation of nature and biodiversity and for scientific dissemination); Companies and associations of management of hunting and fishing, and nature tourism; Associations of Producers and Breeders (forestry, agriculture, livestock); Autarchies, Associations of Municipalities; Protected Areas, Government Departments for the management and conservation of nature and biodiversity on public and private land.
National Admission Exams 
Holders of a degree, or equivalent, obtained in ISA or other higher education institutions, in areas defined for each master; Holding an academic degree of higher education abroad conferred following a 1st cycle of studies in the areas of each master, organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this process; Holders of a foreign academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of a degree by the Scientific Council of the ISA; Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Scientific Council of the ISA.
