According to Decree-Law 74/2006 of 24th March, the following candidates may apply to the Msc Programme in Business Information and Systems: a) Holders of a degree or a legal equivalent in any field; b) Holders of a diploma of higher education awarded abroad as a result of a 1st cycle of studies organized according to the principles of Bologna by a State acceding to this Process. c) Holders of a diploma of higher education which is recognized as meeting the objectives of the university degree by the Scientific Board of the Open University; d) Holders of an academic or professional curriculum, which is recognized as attesting the capacity for carrying out this cycle of studies by the Scientific Board of the Open University. Course attendance requires that the candidates have access to a broadband internet connection and have reading and understanding skills in English and spend until three weeks in in-person learning sessions.
