Created in 2009, the Shanghai Ranking by academic subjects is internationally acknowledged among the most important rankings on a Global level. The 2019 edition evaluated more than 4000 universities in 54 academic subjects in the fields of Natural Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, Medical Sciences and Social Sciences.
