ULisboa supports the Ukrainian people
Universidade de Lisboa is firmly committed to supporting the affected populations in Ukraine and countries in the region. ULisboa has accordingly joined national and international initiatives in support of the Ukrainian people and especially in support of the academic community of Ukraine.
Such support involves both organizing and participating in various initiatives, including:

Reception, humanitarian and logistical support to the academic community (help.ukraine@ulisboa.pt):
- Support to university students is channeled through the RRM - Global Platform for Higher Education in Emergencies; such support may include admission to undergraduate/bachelor, master’s and doctoral degree courses.
- Support offered to employees of higher education institutions may include integration in teaching, research or administrative activities.

Humanitarian support to displaced populations:
- ULisboa is one of the participants in the collaborative response provided by the SOS Ukraine task force, organized by the Municipality of Lisbon;
- ULisboa is collecting essentials, as part of the "18 Escolas, 18 Ajudas" (18 Schools, 18 Solidarities) initiative;
- ULisboa is organizing a fundraising cycle of Solidarity Concerts.
