Mobilities to be carried out by members of the ULisboa community

In the case of mobilities not yet started and not yet contracted, their contracting is suspended, and these should not be carried out. Depending on the evolution of the COVID-19 epidemic, those mobilities may take place at a later date. In the case of  mobilities not yet started, but already contracted, students, teachers and employees are advised to, depending on the risk they consider to be subject, to suspend them by their own decision, and these trips may be carried out in a later period.

Ongoing mobilities of ULisboa community members

In the case of mobilities already underway, students, teachers and employees should consider to suspend these mobilities and returning to Portugal in advance, depending on the risk they consider to be running in their destination regions. On their return, members of the ULisboa community must comply with the social restraint measures recommended by the health authorities for the countries from which they return, and in the case of risk regions identified by the Portuguese Heath Authority (DGS), they are obliged to a period of quarantine for 14 days after return

Mobilities to be executed to ULisboa

Students, faculty and staff, who plan to carry out mobilities to ULisboa, are advised to postpone them. If they choose not to suspend those mobilities, students, teachers and employees must respect the social restraint measures recommended by the health authorities for the countries of origin, and, in the case of risk regions identified by the Portuguese Heath Authority (DGS), they are obliged to a quarantine period of 14 days after arrival.

Ongoing mobilities at ULisboa

It will be up to each of the students, teachers and employees, who are already on mobility at ULisboa, to decide, considering their risk assessment, whether they want to suspend this mobility. ULisboa and its Schools will seek, within the existing legal and regulatory framework, to adopt the exceptional measures that can alleviate the inconveniences from the academic and economic point of view that these measures will cause for students, teachers and employees. In particular, with regard to students, teachers and staff who are covered by Erasmus+ funding, the following situations are considered:

• ULisboa students, who are on mobility under a scholarship (SMS) and have already completed a minimum mobility period of 90 days at the partner institution, will be guaranteed the payment of the scholarship corresponding to the mobility period already carried out;

• ULisboa students, who are on mobility under an placement scholarship (SMP) and who have already completed a minimum mobility period of 60 days at the partner institution, will be guaranteed the payment of the scholarship corresponding to the mobility period already carried out;

• In all other situations, mobilities not yet started or mobilities with times shorter than the minimum provided for in the contracts, ULisboa cannot, under the rules established by the National Erasmus+ Agency, guarantee the allocation of the respective scholarships.
