Being a ULisboa Ambassador has been an incredible experience. It has allowed me to develop my communication and teamwork skills. It is a role that makes me very proud and feels me even more connected to ULisboa.
I applied without knowing what to expect, but what surprised me most was the infectious energy I felt whenever I was acting as a ULisboa Ambassador. I wanted to improve my communication skills, but I ended up gaining skills I hadn’t even expected.
I applied to step out of my comfort zone and take on the challenge, and I was surprised by the impact we managed to have on prospective students.
Being a ULisboa ambassador means sharing the experience of someone who chose to study here and found a place to grow. It means showing, in practice, what university life is like on a day-to-day basis, with all its challenges and achievements. It means helping other students realise that this path is also possible for them.
