Management Board

The Management Board is the administrative, financial and asset management body of the university. It is also responsible for human resources management and it ensures the application of the relevant legislation for public entities with administrative autonomy.

The asset and financial management of all Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa) is supervised by a sole member of the Audit Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law.
