Human Resources Management

This Licenciatura degree aims to train specialists in Human Resource Management (HRM) for the public, private and solidarity sector. Graduates will have the opportunity to join any process related to HRM, as a manager, specialist or consultant. In line with the current evolution towards greater flexibility and comprehensiveness of the HRM function, the Licenciatura degree also aims to go beyond the traditional model taken from large classic companies and address people management at all organizational levels from personal career management to skills development and training management.
