This play by TUT - Teatro Académico da Universidade de Lisboa [Academic Theatre of the University of Lisbon] will be performed on 18 May at 7pm at the Carlos Paredes Auditorium in Benfica, as part of FATAL.
In Panic Opera, the existential questions brought about by the absurd arise with all their impetuousness.
Through bite-sized stories, we witness a radical critique of all stereotypes and pig-headedness, which allows us to create other possibilities. These are understood as profound journeys towards the essence of all things: a person’s relationship with themselves, with others and the world. Relationships which are essential to the construction of meaning.
