How to obtain the Identification Card of University of Lisbon?
On site
Go to a CGD agency or a stand. In this case you will be immediately given a provisional identification card.
Online
You will need the Mobile Digital Key to submit the request. Access the Fénix system personal area and follow the instructions.

Are you a 1st year/1st time student? Then you know that we have a welcome kit to offer you so you can enjoy the University to the fullest!
Keep an eye on your email because you will receive a QR code that you will have to present at the Rectory between 11:00 am and 5:30 pm in exchange for your kit.
The presentation of the QR code is mandatory.

1 per student/activity. Includes free access to the swimming pool, the gym/studio.
Mandatory reservation (upon services' availability) to geral@estadio.ulisboa.pt. You must bring suitable clothing and footwear for the activity. ID card required. Payment of compulsory insurance (€1.18) by ATM required. The lockers are padlocked (max. 6mm). Offer expires on 30/12/2024.
Estádio Universitário - Swimming Pool Complex
1 Experience at the Golf Academy
1 per student/activity. Mandatory registration upon services' availability at geral@academiadegolfedelisboa.pt subject to availability and at least 48 hours in advance).
Up to 4 people can enjoy these classes at the same time. If only one student registers, they will have a 30-minute class. Class times: Mondays and Fridays: 14:00-15:00. Offer expires on 23/12/2024.

1 Combat Sports Experience
1 per student/activity (through space in the chosen class)
You must bring clean sneakers and proper sportswear. You will need to show your identification. Compulsory insurance payment required (€1.18). Offer expires on 30/12/2024.

1 Experience at the Fitness Academy
1 per student/activity. Includes free access to the gym/studio or group classes (check classes map).
It is required to bring clean sneakers and proper sportswear. Using a towel is also mandatory. You will need to show your identification. Compulsory insurance payment required (€1.18). Lockers are available using an up to 4mm lock. Upon services' availability. Offer expires on 30/12/2024.

Welcome to ULisboa's most important ceremony of the year
The Official Opening of the Academic Year takes place every year at Aula Magna, one of the most beautiful auditoriums in the country. This ceremony marks the beginning of the academic year for all ULisboa community.
SUNSET PARTY

After the ceremony, there's a party. It starts at 6pm and ends only after sunset.
TUNAS
Performance by Tunas from the University of Lisbon Schools.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme of the Sunset Party of the Opening of the the Academic Year at the University of Lisbon will not feature the artist Regula, and will feature Kappa Jotta, Diego Miranda, A Ressaca, Call Me Again Tomorrow and Tunas da Universidade de Lisboa, on stage, at Cidade Universitária, from 6 p.m..

This QR Code must be presented to access the party.
The image of plastic cups on the floor at the end of the party is a thing of the past. ULisboa offers reusable cups for €1. Anyone who wants can bring their own glass marked with 20cl.

The first step is to get a user account of ULisboa or of your School. You have received, or will receive, a message with instructions to sign up. Then, with your account, you can register directly in the academic system of the School where you will enrol.
