The University of Lisbon is boosting the ‘Harmony at ULisboa’ initiative, a programme focused on well-being and the integration of the academic community through awide set of activities throughout the second semester 2025/2026.

Overall, around 70 activities are scheduled to take place at the Faculty of Sciences, completely free of charge and open to all students. These activities are focused on emotional balance, physical health, and development of personal and social skills.

Among the regular offerings, the following stand out:

Yoga

  • Benefits: Decreased stress and anxiety; improved concentration and academic focus.
  • Date: Tuesdays, from January through June.
  • Time: 1pm – 1:30pm
  • Place: Faculty of Sciences, Building C6, Classroom CH (or Jarnideta do C6 from May through June).

Boxing

  • Benefits: Improved physical condition, stress relief and increased stamina.
  • Date: Thursdays (February through May)
  • Time: 1pm – 2pm
  • Place: Faculty of Sciences, Building C3, Gymnasium 3.1.19

Dance

  • Benefits: Physical expression, creativity, and dynamic physical activity.
  • Date: Thursdays (February through May)
  • Time: 4pm – 6pm
  • Place: Faculty of Sciences, Building C6, Classroom CH
