The University of Lisbon will be present at Web Summit 2025, from November 10th to 13th, becoming the first Portuguese university to have its own stand at one of the world's largest technology and innovation events.
With its presence at the event, the University reaffirms its commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship.
The ULisboa stand will be a meeting point for science, innovation, and impact, where visitors can learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the institution and its Schools, with a demonstration area for innovative projects, surrounded by a typically Lisbon atmosphere.
In person, the space will be run in tandem with four ULisboa schools (Lisbon School of Architecture, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Sciences, and Faculty of Medicine) and TTC@ULisboa—the University of Lisbon's Center for Technology Transfer and Knowledge Valorization. Throughout the event, innovative projects will be presented that illustrate the diversity, transversality, and scientific richness that make up the University of Lisbon.

Spike Urban: ULisboa spin-off that applies neuroscience and behavioral data to diagnosis and intervention in urban health problems, planning, and environmental design
Faculty of Arts Demo: Promotes communication skills, critical thinking, and an intercultural perspective, linking the humanities to creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Be sure to visit the ULisboa Instituto Superior Técnico stand, located in Pavilion 1 (E-176). You will be able to see prototypes firsthand, talk to alumni, and get a close look at startups and spinoffs that were born at Técnico.
ULisboa is also promoting “UniVerse: Academia Empreendedora” (UniVerse: Entrepreneurial Academia) on November 11th, from 17h00 to 20h30 p.m., at the Portugal Pavilion, an event dedicated to the impact of academia on the Portuguese entrepreneurial ecosystem.
