Within the framework of the UNITE!Widening project, registration is now open for the first Unite!Widening Staff Week, which will take place at the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) from November 24 to 28, 2025.

This unique event offers an excellent opportunity to:
- explore tools and solutions for managing research and innovation projects,
- visit the Politecnico di Torino campus and laboratories,
- engage in social and networking activities with colleagues from across the Unite! alliance.
Participants will receive reimbursement for travel, subsistence, and accommodation expenses, in line with internal business travel regulations of the university.
Who can participate?
Administrative staff from Unite! universities: ULisboa and Wrocław Tech, with some places available for other partner universities.

This event is organized as part of the Unite!WIDENING project, funded by the Horizon Europe programme.
