This international event to be held online on 12 March 2026 will bring together professors, researchers and members of the academic community, with the intention of reflecting about the role of higher education in promoting democracy in a fast-changing world.
Through conferences, lectures and experience-sharing sessions, the full-day summit will highlight projects supported by Unite! Seed Fund and provide matchmaking opportunities for collaboration in joint teaching and transnational academic programmes.
Democratic education, internationalisation, sustainable development, and innovative teaching methods are among the main themes of the event, as well as the ‘Human-centric education in the age of AI’ conference, presented by Professor Arnold Pears, from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
