Academic life presents continuous challenges that can disrupt the balance between study, personal wellbeing, and social life. This initiative offers a range of workshops for students, addressing key aspects of the academic journey such as vocational orientation, time management, emotional regulation, procrastination, study techniques and assessment preparations.

Led by psychologists specialised in the academic sphere, the workshops provide calm spaces of reflection and discussion. Aiming to transform uncertainty into clarity, support students in resolving doubts, in decision-making and in the development of cross-cutting skills for academic success.

The programme is being implemented across several ULisboa’s Schools, including the Lisbon School of Architecture, Técnico, the School of Social and Political Sciences, the Faculty of Medicine, the Lisbon School of Economics & Management, the Faculty of Sciences, the Institute of Education, and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, reaching students of a wide range of scientific fields.

Over several months, sessions are held at different times and locations across the schools, allowing broad participation tailored to the needs of each audience group.
