The Purchasing and Property Department manages the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of the University facilities and equipment, the planning and development of building projects, the procurement of goods and services, the management and monitoring of contracts, the management of the University’s assets, and also environmental management, ensuring the adoption of identical and standardised procedures.
